These terms apply to event porta potty rental services arranged with FL Toilet Pros in Apalachicola, Florida. Your written quote or booking confirmation describes the units, delivery and pickup window, placement details, and any servicing included.
Extra units, cleaning visits, hand-wash equipment, holding tanks, or other work are included only if listed or separately approved. The customer must provide safe, clear access and identify suitable placement areas; permits, site preparation, attendants, and utility connections are not included unless agreed in writing.
Customers are responsible for confirming site rules and permit needs, including any City of Apalachicola special-event requirements. Written Quotes, Charges, and Payment Approval
A quote is based on the details provided, such as event dates, rental duration, equipment quantity, delivery location, access conditions, and requested servicing. It is not a final booking until accepted and confirmed by FL Toilet Pros in writing.
The quote or booking confirmation will explain the charges and any payment timing that applies. No standard price, deposit, or payment deadline is created by these terms; check your specific written estimate before accepting.
If event plans change or additional work is requested, we will explain any resulting charge and seek approval before proceeding when practicable. Added equipment, extended rental time, extra cleaning, difficult access, or a changed delivery schedule may affect the estimate.
Do not assume a verbal request changes the written agreement; ask for confirmation. Payment may be made by the methods stated in the quote or invoice.

Equipment Condition and Service Commitments
